Corsair’s process is designed to reduce pollution, not create it. We use one of the most advanced, clean, and sustainable recycling methods available, certified under the ISCC+ standard.
We collect plastic waste and convert it into advanced bio-oil, which is then used by petrochemical companies to produce new plastics. This reduces reliance on fossil fuels and supports a cleaner, circular economy by turning waste into valuable resources.

Corsair operates two facilities in Bangkok, Thailand, and one in Finland, with U.S. and Canadian facilities set to open by the end of 2025. We’re also expanding into Italy, the Netherlands, Colombia, Bali, and more.
Our facilities in Bangkok are located on landfill sites, making plastic collection easy.
We also source plastic through government contracts, hotels, airports, hospitals, and other corporate partners.
In Bangkok, we run 150 collection points, paying locals in low-income areas to gather waste and clean the city. We also pay the Thailand Fishermen’s Association to bring plastic back from the ocean.
